<Recipient Address Goes Here>
Hello,
During the last election, it was clear to any observer that <candidate name> was raising most of <his/her> campaign funds from donations made by <parties>. Partially as a result of the money raised, <he/she> won the election. I think this policy of buying an election is reprehensible and must be stopped.
<proposal>
I think this is a legitimately important issue in politics today, one that needs to be addressed by <organization name>. Please feel free to contact me for any reason regarding this matter.
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Jim Karter
