Hello,
This will confirm that you have given me your notice of intent to vacate the property located at <address>. Your anticipated move-out date is <date>.
Because you will be moving out during the middle of the month, your final month's rent will be prorated accordingly. Please remit <$prorated amount> on the <date and month>.
As you know, you gave me a cleaning and security deposit of <$amount> at the time of you moved in. The condition in which you leave the property will dictate how much of that amount I am able to return to you. Please give me your forwarding address so that I may send any refund of this deposit to you.
