Hello.
<time you bought the product> I purchased <product name>, based on an advertisement of yours I saw <location of ad>. However, when I tried to use <product name>, <description of how product fell short>.
I feel that <company name> is running misleading advertisements about this product, and convincing consumers to purchase something that does not work as advertised. I would like to see the ads pulled immediately. If they are not, I will take my complaint to <advocate or organization>.
